Movement, Music & Play for Little Ones + Caregivers
Little bodies were made to move!
Join JMM Dance Co. for Pequeños en Movimiento / Little Movers, a free bilingual movement experience created for babies, toddlers, young children, and the grown-ups who care for them.
Through music, playful movement, rhythm, exploration, and connection, children and caregivers will move and learn together in a welcoming environment where there is no “right” way to participate.
Children can wiggle, explore, watch, dance, take a break, and join back in when they're ready.

About Movimiento y Bienestar
Movimiento y Bienestar / Movement & Wellness is a free bilingual community workshop series presented by JMM Dance Co. across San José.
The series uses culturally responsive dance, creative movement, social-emotional learning, gentle wellness practices, and community connection to create accessible opportunities to move, participate, and belong.
