Creative Movement for Children is a dance class designed to give children tools to help them express emotions, develop motor skills, and create art. During the 45 minute class students are guided through a warm-up, presented with new ideas and concepts rooted in dance forms such as hip hop and modern, and play fun games. And of course we always end class with Freeze Dance!
What to wear to class: comfy, breathable clothing, barefoot or socks with grip (depending on weather).
