About this Event
Movement Moment is an opportunity for caregivers and educators to experience the transformative power of movement and community. During this workshop, we will guide participants through movement that emphasises wellness, body awareness, and stress relief. While the event is meant for adults, childcare will be provided for those who need it. Childcare must be requested at least 48 hours in advance; requests submitted after this deadline may not be accommodated due to staffing limitations.
Project Commotion's mission is to foster healthy development in children of all abilities through purposeful movement, play, and family and community relationships.
A suggested donation of $15 is recommended, but participants are welcome to pay what they can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
