With over a decade of experience as one of the fitness industry's leading trainers, Kelsey Wells is known for her transformative Redefine Fitness philosophy — centred on prioritising mental wellbeing, celebrating your body and using movement as a powerful tool to support both physical and mental health.
As the creator of 15 training programs and with a global community of over 5 million, Kelsey offers a refreshing alternative to harmful fitness trends and toxic diet culture, helping women redefine what fitness means to them and build a healthier relationship with movement and themselves.
This one-of-a-kind workout experience will feature a bodyweight strength training session infused with Kelsey's signature I AM mindful training method, bringing intention, gratitude and mindfulness into movement and reminding us that caring for our bodies and caring for our minds go hand in hand.
