About this Event
Move Better, Live Better with Dr. Kelly and Juliet Starrett, JD
Join Dr. Kelly Starrett and Juliet Starrett, JD, Co-Founders of The Ready State, for an evening built around one big question: how do we actually fit it all in?
Strength training, cardio, mobility, sleep, nutrition, walking, family, work, and maybe even enjoying our lives, it can feel like too much. Kelly and Juliet, authors of the New York Times bestseller Built to Move, are here to help you end the chaos.
Part One: Get Moving
A hands-on activation to prep your body, eyes, brain, and nervous system. Readiness starts before you ever pick up a weight or step on a field, and you'll leave this session knowing exactly how to prime yourself for whatever's next.
Part Two: Fireside Chat
Kelly and Juliet sit down to unpack the Basecamp habits from Built to Move, showing how the fundamentals of health and performance aren't separate boxes to check. They're interconnected behaviors that amplify each other.
This isn't about optimizing every minute or piling on another wellness routine. It's about figuring out what matters, building it into the life you already have, and creating the capacity to do the things you love, with the people you love, for as long as possible. A durable, rad life shouldn't be another full-time job.
Presented in partnership with Momentous, the trusted performance nutrition brand behind more than 200 pro and collegiate sports programs, and available at every Sports Basement location.
