About this Event
As the seasons shift from autumn toward winter, nature invites us to slow down, draw our energy inward, and tend to our inner well-being. This gentle, 60-minute Kundalini yoga session delivered every other Monday evening is specifically designed as a sensory-friendly, low-pressure space for neurodivergent individuals, allies and anyone seeking a deeper nervous system reset.
Blending somatic movement, gentle breathwork (pranayama), rhythmic kriyas, and deep restorative rest, this practice helps anchor the body, release sensory overload, and build a felt sense of calm and energetic boundaries.
No prior yoga experience is needed. This is an inclusive, non-judgmental space where you are fully encouraged to move, stim, take breaks, and practice in whatever way feels safest and most supportive for your body.
Mats, cushions, and blankets will be provided at Carrow House, but you are welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable.
