Free form movement in a lightly facilitated container. A space to move, let go, express and be. No steps to learn. No way to do it wrong. Everything is welcomed: bad days and good days, happiness and sadness, tiredness and excitement. Come and dance!
About the facilitator:
Taisiya (pronounced Ta-‘ee-see’ya) was introduced to conscious dance in 2011 and hasn't stopped dancing. Movement practice is one of her main teachers.
Taisiya believes movement practice has incredible potential for tapping into the wisdom of our bodies. She has been facilitating Open Floor dances since 2019. She also works as a registered dietitian in outpatient nutrition counseling.
Join Taisiya for a playful and fun inquiry through movement. While conscious dance is not a panacea for everything, two things are certain - you’ll get to freely move your body and learn something new each time you dance.
