Learn the fundamental science for creating robots, kinetic sculpture, electro-mechanical music, and moving immersive spaces.About this Event
Set your creative work in motion!
Motion Control: The Science teaches participants to use motors and actuators for their creative projects.
This hands-on workshop teaches both the practice and the underlying theory. We cover electricity, magnetism, forces, fields, and how these are harnessed to produce motions with motors and actuators.
This workshop is not about using a particular product or technique. It's about learning to understand how electrical currents can produce motion and how we can use this motion for creative purposes.
