Join me for an afternoon Spring Yoga & Meditation workshop; a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and fill up your own cup.
Falling the day before Mother's Day, this is an opportunity to honour yourself, your mother, or simply welcome in the energy of renewal that spring brings.
Where you're celebrating, remembering, longing, or simply seeking a moment of peace, you are warmly welcome.
This gently held afternoon includes:
- A grounding and nourishing yoga flow
- Sound meditation for deep rest
- Planting seeds of intention
- Tea, fresh coffee & honemade cake (VE option)

WHAT SHALL I BRING?
A yoga mat, a small blanket, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
WHO IS ALLOWED TO ATTEND THIS EVENT?
Any children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
