Escape the daily grind and immerse yourself in a tranquil, creative experience at our intimate Moss Art Workshop. This unique event is designed to provide a peaceful retreat where you can indulge in visual play and creative exploration. Guided by your host, you will create a one-of-a-kind, ready-to-hang, nature-inspired 8"x8" framed mossy masterpiece to take home, bringing the beauty of the outdoors... inside.
Plus, the mental benefits of doing art and being exposed to nature are endless! Because of the wellness benefits and passion to "beautify" one's life and spaces, providing time for creative exploration is SF Plantress' mission and purpose.

THE BASICS:

Location: Conveniently located in the vibrant Mission District in San Francisco at either Diosa Blooms or Scrap&Sip (where SF Plantress has pop-ups). Exact location will be confirmed closer to event date. Easily accessible via BART/MUNI, street parking available.

All supplies are included: Let your imagination run wild with an impressive buffet of premium preserved, dried and faux materials that far outweighs any other moss art or frame workshop available!
- Choice of 8"x8" frame: white, black, natural, gray oak
- Vast array of preserved moss types and colors
- Use of glue gun and unlimited glue sticks
- Variety of nature-inspired elements (flowers, branches, foliage, stones, bark, etc)

Upgrades: Elevate your piece with premium add-ons, such as strands of crystals, shells, and semi-precious stones/beads; available for purchase at your workshop

Wine: Enhance your experience with red, white, or sparkling wine

• Welcome, Intro, Tips & Tricks (15 min): Settle in, meet your instructor, fellow participants and learn some quick tips & tricks to keep in mind as you start on your creative journey.
• Design & Plan (15 min): Take this time to browse, pick up, lay down and play with all the supplies at your disposal. Experiment and tune in to out what your inner artist wants to create.
• Create & Discover (85 min): Time to execute on your vision! Delve in and discover the delight and peace of art, nature, and creation.
• Seal & Share (5 min): Last but not least, seal your work with a fixing spray, and share/photograph your final mossy masterpiece!
