About this Event
A NIGHT OF AFRO HOUSE AT MOSHULU
Friday, October 23 | 10PM–2AM
This isn't just another night at the club.
For one night, Moshulu transforms its legendary waterfront deck into an intimate Afro House experience — with the DJ brought out of the traditional booth and onto the dance floor, surrounded by the party.
No distant stage. No barrier between the music and the crowd.
Just rhythm, people, views and good energy.
Set aboard one of Philadelphia's most unique venues, A Night of Afro House combines the atmosphere of Moshulu's historic ship and waterfront setting with the hypnotic rhythms, percussion, vocals and energy of Afro House.
Expect a soundtrack moving through Afro House, Afro-Latin rhythms, melodic house and globally influenced dance music, with haze in the air and an old school anaglog lighting effect feel.
The experience is designed around the dance floor itself — a close, intimate DJ setup where the crowd becomes part of the performance rather than simply watching it.
Warm lighting. Waterfront views. Drinks. Dancing. And four hours of music underneath the lights of Moshulu's deck.
