MORNING WORKSHOP: Tips from the Theatre: Finding Your Authentic Presence

Join Communications Artist Ann Timmons and discover new strategies to help you become a dynamic public speaker. Ann uses her experience as an actor, director, writer, and teacher to give you the tools you need to ensure your audience “gets” your message, by communicating with Authentic Presence. You’ll discover how to increase energy and focus, while decreasing nervousness and self-doubt. This workshop will include breathing and stretching/bending exercises. And as a bonus, Ann will give you strategies for handling Q & A sessions.
