About this Event
This 45 minutes morning sound bath created to support a smooth transition into the day, helping your nervous system regulate, your mind settle, and your body feel centred, promoting clarity, emotional balance, and steady presence.
A small-group, held in private home-based setting, you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably and be immersed in a soothing soundscape created with multiple instruments, including singing bowls, gong, chimes, and gentle rhythmic sounds. The experience supports the nervous system to settle, the mind to quiet, and the body to soften.
No experience is required. Simply arrive, rest, and allow the sounds to support your natural balance.
This session is especially suited for:
- busy mums looking for a quiet moment after school drop-off
- homemakers balancing household and family care
- retirees seeking a calm morning rhythm
- working professionals seeking a clear and centred start to the day
- anyone wanting meaningful self-care that fits into a busy weekday routine
Consider this your morning “me time” a small, intentional act of self-care that helps you move through the rest of the day feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded.
