Feel the energy as NUS Chinese Orchestra joins forces with Chinese Orchestra musicians from secondary schools and junior colleges in In Tandem 协同, a vibrant Side-by-Side celebration of music, connection and collaboration.
Rehearsing, learning and performing together, these young musicians unite as one powerful orchestra, journeying through soaring mountains, starry skies and open seas. Experience the spirited rhythms of Awa Mountain《阿瓦山》, the sweeping landscapes of Journey to Lhasa《拉萨行》, Wang Chenwei’s Sky, Wang Danhong’s exhilarating Mountain Porterage《挑山》 and Luo Weilun’s evocative Starry Night《星空》, before setting sail with Zheng He in The Voyage《海路》.
This is In Tandem 协同 - different schools, one stage; learning from one another, playing alongside one another, and creating something greater together.
