Start your morning off with relaxation and peaceful bliss when you join Reiki Master Tamela Meck for Morning Meditation. Each participants will also receive a donut, coffee, or juice.

Tamela is a Reiki Master who has dedicated her journey to exploring the healing power of energy, mindfulness, and spiritual connection. She is trained in several forms of Reiki and holds numerous certifications in meditation, energy therapy, sound therapy, crystal therapy, and other holistic wellness practices.
As a licensed massage therapist, Tamela brings a compassionate and intuitive approach to her work, combining energy healing, relaxation, meditation, and therapeutic touch to create a peaceful and nurturing experience.
Her passion is helping others slow down, reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and create space for greater peace, balance, and inner harmony.
