5:30 pm Lunar Vinyasa - A cooling flow, perfect for winding down a Monday. This is a chaturanga-free zone with a flow that is easy on the arms and shoulders (no doward dog either). This week's class embraces the New Moon, creating a space for nourished rest, and setting intention.
7:00 pm Restorative Yoga - Gentle, healing, restful, closing with Yoga Nidra. A great way to wind down the day and prepare for a good night's sleep.
