About this Event
Fancy joining us this Halloween weekend to get creative with some like minded people?✨
Come along for an afternoon of slow seasonal making with our cosy autumnal wreath workshop, from 2pm - 4pm at the beautiful Haberdashery in Glasgow's Charing Cross area.
Part of SAMHAIN - A Festival of Making with The Makkist.
Lasting up to 2 hours, you can relax and get in the creative zone whether embracing your whimsigoth side or just looking for cosy Autumn activities to mark the changing of the seasons.
What we'll help you create...
Using metal forms, copper wire, lights, recycled paper & card and pens & ink, all materials are provided as we guide you through making your own unique illuminated moon & stars wreath.
This workshop will give you a taster of a few different skills and ultimately a lovely sustainable piece of decor you can take home and reuse for years to come!
Who's this for?
With simple but effective techniques, templates and some drawing / hand painting elements we’ve designed the workshop to be beginner friendly, but easily personalised so that more experienced creatives can enjoy also.
No experience necessary - everyone is welcome. We have years of experience as workshop facilitators and we’ll be on hand to guide throughout.
