During this 90min practice we will start the first hour by exploring the benefits of “doing by not doing” that traditional restorative yoga poses bring to our mind, body, breath, and heart. We will transition to a30min Nidra to allow the body and mind to reset from the weekend and allow us to start the week in a still and grounded manner.

Studio will provide 1 bolster, 1 blanket and 2 blocks but you are welcome to bring
additional props if needed.
