Monthly (Any Grief) Grief Circle

Does it feel like things are getting harder to weather every day? Do you shy away from the news or social engagements because it just feels like too much? Have you been feeling lonely or angry for any reason? There is so much change and worry and hurt in the world and in our lives.

You’re invited to a monthly grief circle, where we’ll talk about all the things we’re collectively grieving and the personal grief we all carry. You’ll find community and a brave space to share your grief.

Any type of grief is welcome, from major life transitions, to pet loss, to grieving the climate crisis or current political circumstances. Anticipatory grief, both for loved ones and for ourselves and planet, is also welcome. Come if you're feeling lonely. Come if you have pent-up frustrations. Come if you're anticipating more sadness even as we head into spring. Come if you're feeling blah but aren't sure why. The doors are open to everyone feeling grief in these troubling times.
