Celebrate Good Neighbor Day with an afternoon of free activities and learn about local community organizations. We'll have light refreshments, live music by the Jazz Queens, Western Mass Face Painting, and so much more!This event is in collaboration with the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Network.

About Good Neighbor Day:
Massachusetts Good Neighbor Day is a weekend-long celebration of community connection in the Commonwealth. Celebrated this September 26-28, the day cultivates a culture of kindness and belonging through a host of local activities across the state that include potluck dinners, pet parades, music concerts, dance parties, service projects, community fairs, scavenger hunts, and much more.
MA Good Neighbor Day is an annual event of the Massachusetts Coalition to Build Community and End Loneliness.

Those taking public transit can reach those taking public transit, can reach the Unity Park by taking the FRTA Bus Routes 22, 24, or 32.

Accessibility Information:
Unity Park has multiple nearby parking areas, some paved and some unpaved. Facilities include a playground (with a whale water spray feature), sand volleyball court, basketball court, community garden, picnic area, ball fields, and 7,200 square foot skate park. Nearby are paved trails.
