Get comfortable, close your eyes, and take a journey back to the music that once made us feel everything.
This special October Music Meditation & Sound Healing experience celebrates the unforgettable Monster Ballads and 80s Power Ballads that became the soundtrack to first loves, heartbreaks, friendships, high school dances, road trips, big dreams, and different chapters of our lives.
There is something incredibly powerful about hearing a song you haven’t listened to in years and suddenly being transported back to another time. You remember where you were, who you were with, what you were going through, and sometimes even how it felt to be that younger version of yourself.
Monster & 80s Power Ballads: A Nostalgic Healing Journey uses that connection between music, memory, and emotion to create a unique evening of relaxation, reflection, and healing.
Linda will gently guide you through an immersive experience combining guided meditation, Reiki energy, nostalgic music, crystal singing bowls, and sound healing.
This is not a concert or sing-along. You’ll be invited to lie back, get comfortable, close your eyes, and simply listen and receive. The music becomes part of the meditation, allowing memories and emotions to naturally surface without needing to analyze, explain, or fix anything.
Maybe a song reminds you of your first love.
Maybe another brings you back to driving around with your friends with the radio turned all the way up.
Maybe you remember someone you haven’t thought about in years.
Or maybe you simply reconnect with a younger version of yourself who still knew how to dream big, love deeply, and feel everything.

✨ What You’ll Experience
• Gentle grounding and intention setting
• Guided meditation woven throughout the music
• Reiki-infused energy healing
• Nostalgic reflection through music and memory
• Space for emotional release and reconnection
• Crystal singing bowls and intentional sound healing
• A deeply relaxing sound bath to close the journey
You don’t need to be experienced with meditation, Reiki, or sound healing to participate. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to enjoy the experience.
You may laugh. You may get emotional. You may remember something you haven’t thought about in decades. Or you may simply relax and enjoy hearing music you love in an entirely different way.
Sometimes healing doesn’t have to be serious.
Sometimes it can sound like a guitar solo, an unforgettable chorus, and a song that instantly takes you back.
Come for the music. Stay for the memories, relaxation, and healing.
