Step into the Everyday Magic Apothecary for a hands on evening of herbs, crystals, intention, creativity, and practical magic.
In this workshop, you’ll create your own intention charm bag, also commonly known as a mojo bag. These small, personalized bags have been created in various magical and folk traditions using meaningful herbs, roots, stones, charms, and other items chosen to support a particular intention.
Explore a beautiful apothecary collection of herbs, botanicals, crystals, essential oils, ribbons, charms, and natural treasures while learning about the traditional meanings, folklore, and magical symbolism associated with different ingredients.
Then it is time to create!
Choose a personal intention you would like to work with and create your own customized charm bag. Your intention might focus on love, prosperity, healing, protection, peace, confidence, creativity, luck, abundance, new beginnings, or something completely personal to you.
Jen will help you select herbs, crystals, oils, colors, charms, and other elements that correspond with the energy and purpose of your intention.
But we won’t stop at making the bag!
Once everyone has completed their charm bag, we will come together for a group magical intention and activation spell.
Jen will guide the group through focusing your intention, working with the symbolism and energy of the ingredients you selected, and activating your charm bag so you can experience the entire process together in class.
You’ll also receive instructions to take home explaining how to work with your charm bag, refresh your intention, and recreate the activation process on your own.
Each participant will receive:
• A fabric intention charm bag
• A variety of herbs and botanicals
• Crystals and natural treasures
• Essential oils, ribbons, and charms
• Guidance for choosing ingredients based on your intention
• A personalized intention card
• A guided group charm bag activation spell
• Take home instructions for working with and reactivating your charm bag
• Your completed and activated charm bag to bring home
No magical or crafting experience is necessary. Come with an intention, explore the apothecary, create something uniquely yours, and experience the magic of bringing it all together.
