About this Event

If you love the look of oil paintings, you'll LOVE the ease and appearance of oil pastels!
In this workshop, create your own work of art inspired by Monet's iconic Waterlilies. Use gorgeous color, creamy pastels, movement, and texture in this beginner-friendly class. You'll learn how to layer, blend, and build up oil pastels to create the rich, expressive look of an oil painting, without the brushes, drying time, or cleanup. No experience needed; just come ready to play with color and make something beautiful!
Expect instructor demos, 1 on 1 guidance, and a relaxing evening socializing with fellow artsy folks.
All supplies are included for use in class, and no prior experience is necessary! BYOB welcome!
Location: Trade Oak Cliff, inside Tyler Station in Dallas. Enter 4 doors down from Oak Cliff Brewery.
Recommended for ages 14 and up. Minors must be accompanied by an adult with their own ticket.
No refunds or reschedules due to the one-time nature of each class. If you can't make it, you're welcome to gift your ticket to a friend. Just email [email protected] with the new student's info. You'll receive a reminder email the day before class.
