Whether your goal is to improve your fitness, build strength, learn a new grappling sport or compete nationally, our sessions are designed to develop real skill in a friendly and supportive environment.
Every class includes technical coaching, movement drills, live practice and competitive bouts, with a focus on balance, timing, power and respect. You’ll learn authentic sumo techniques while challenging yourself in a unique combat sport that is accessible to all body types, ages and experience levels.
