Even by Monday evening, I often used to feel mentally drained — almost like I needed something to reset or recharge me for the rest of the week.

I started researching this feeling and found something interesting:

Research shows that many people experience:

• higher stress and anxiety
• lower mood
• mental fatigue
• increased cortisol (stress hormone) levels

especially at the start of the work week.

And honestly, most of us already know how powerful movement, breathwork, and meditation can feel individually.

But what worked best for me personally — and later for many of my clients too — was the combination of all three.

So this session is designed as a weekly nervous system reset.

• 15–20 mins mindful movement
  to release physical tension and wake up the body
• Non-negotiable: 20 mins guided breathwork
  to improve oxygen flow, regulate stress, and re-energise the mind
• 20 mins meditation & relaxation
  using different techniques across sessions — body scan, inner reflection, music meditation, heart-centred meditation, and more
