About this Event

Mondays - ya know? Maybe it's the beginning of your week - back to work, back to school, back to reality...or maybe it's the end of your week, and you're really looking forward to some time off. Or maybe Monday is a day like any other day...

Whatever the case may be, how about some yoga to set the vibes right and connect with yourself in a peaceful setting?

Come get into the routine of treating your body, mind, and spirit each week through slow flow hatha yoga, deep yin stretches, and sound bowl vibrations. All levels welcome and encouraged to join this incredible community. See you soon, I hope!

*Monday nights, starting July 7th.

Participants will need to bring:

  • yoga mat
  • water bottle
  • clothing that is comfortable to move in
  • (optional) yoga props - blocks, straps, bolster, blanket

About Heather Rule, Yoga Guide (200 RYT):

Back in 2014, Heather walked into a yoga studio on a Groupon deal without the slightest clue. Riddled with depression and anxiety from working a corporate job at the time, she couldn’t believe how much relief she felt after just one class. With a BFA in theatre and a decade of acting experience behind her, she realized how yoga could support her artistry in regards to breath and body awareness. She began to incorporate it as a daily ritual. Inspired by the many mental and physical benefits of a consistent yoga practice, Heather decided to complete her 200 hour training at Loom Yoga + Fitness while living in Brooklyn, NY.

By utilizing mindful intention, pranayama, and asana, Heather playfully guides her students through challenging but rewarding sequences. She strives to provide a supportive and empowering space for all walks of life, while offering gentle reminders to find joy in the present moment. She hopes students will leave her class feeling refreshed, strong, and in total ownership of their worth.
