MOMO MADNESS — AN EVENING FOR NEPAL 🇳🇵Come enjoy authentic, homemade Nepali momo while helping support communities affected by the devastating floods in Nepal.
We are proud to be supporting Sowers Action Nepal and their ongoing relief efforts on the ground. Their team has been working directly with affected communities to deliver essential supplies, including food, blankets, shelter materials, clothing, and other necessities that have been taken away by the floods.
While working directly in the affected areas, Karma Sherpa, Project Coordinator with Sowers Action Nepal, discovered more than 45 children living in a chicken coop without a safe place to call home. Through his work with the community, he learned that many of these children had either lost their parents in the floods or had been abandoned.
As the Nepali winter approaches, we want to help provide these children with something every child deserves — a safe, warm and secure place to live.
Our goal is to raise $10,000 CAD toward the construction of a safe shelter for these children. Every momo shared, every donation made, and every person who helps spread the word brings us one step closer. ❤️
Come for the momo. Stay for the community. Give for Nepal. 🇳🇵
