About this Event

The Sleep Reset: Release with lymphatic drainage. Nourish your changing body. Rituals that help you sleep.

It is 3 a.m. You are wide awake, running tomorrow's to-do list, and everyone else in the house is asleep. If that is your night, this evening is for you.

Sleep is one of the most common struggles for moms, and nobody hands you a plan for it. So we built one.

This is a hands-on evening, and you will practice everything in the room before you go home.

What you will do:

  • Restorative yoga for sleep. Gentle, supported poses that tell your body it is safe to slow down. You can do every one of them on your bed.
  • Research-based breath practices. Simple breathing techniques shown to calm the nervous system and help you wind down.
  • Lymphatic drainage. A soothing self-massage sequence to release the tension of the day.
  • Gut-friendly bites & CCF Tea. Taste easy foods that nourish your changing body and fit into a calmer evening.
  • Your own bedtime routine. You will leave with a simple routine built around your life.

Never done yoga? Perfect. You don't need experience. You just need to show up. Come as you are and leave with a simple plan for better sleep, one you can actually use tonight. Rain or shine, we've got a spot for you in Pleasanton, and we'll email the address once you register.
