A relaxed morning for moms and little ones to come together, connect and enjoy some time in good company.Join us at the cosy Yoga Borne for a warm and welcoming social morning.

10:30am-12pm
Drop in at any point between 10:30am and 12pm and stay for as little or as long as you like.
We’ll have a baby-friendly play area set up for little ones to explore, while mums can enjoy refreshments provided, a cuppa and, most importantly, the chance to chat with other mums who understand the beautiful, exhausting, sometimes chaotic world of motherhood.
Whether you’re looking to make new mum friends, get out of the house for a little while, or simply have somewhere relaxed to go where nobody minds if your baby cries, feeds, naps or needs changing — you’re very welcome.
No pressure. No expectations. Just mums, babies, connection and community.
Come as you are! This is a welcoming and judgement free space.
Toys will be availabe, a small travel changing area for baby, but feel free to bring anything you need.

Drop-in event — arrive anytime during the session.
Studio Owner and Mom & Baby Yoga teacher will be there to offer support should you need it.
There is no set age to this social, however, it is more suitable for pre-crawling, as you can enjoy the social more without having to chase your litte one around!
Please travel with baby in arms or a carrier, as the studio reception does not have space for lots of prams.
You must be registered on Glofox.
You will receive an email asking for any allergies health conditions prior to the social.
There are 2 x low income free spaces available - please email hello@yogaborne if you would like to take one of these.
