Four artists from across the region share one stage for a night that refuses to stay in a single genre. Here's the lineup for a musical journey you won't forget: BAD ALASKAN (Lawrence, KS)
Alex Kimball Williams is a protest musician and ethnographic DJ who reimagines traditional Indigenous motifs on synthesizers. Weaving together influences from West African griot traditions to Alaskan hand drumming, she builds soundscapes that echo EDM, R&B, and ceremonial music. Her work has been heard in museums, festivals, classrooms, and sacred places, and it speaks to human and environmental rights.
COPPER THREADING (Kansas City, MO)
Husband-and-wife duo Kris and Havilah Bruders lead this full band with gorgeous harmonies and deep roots, blues, and Americana grooves. Fresh off a new album and video release, they bring a warm, road-tested sound to the Depot.
MICAELA YOUNG (Tulsa, OK)
A singer-songwriter and self-described daydreamer, Micaela writes heartfelt songs with inventive melodies about the complexities of life, herself, and faith. Her honest lyrics land close to home.
BAANG (Northwest Arkansas)
Jeremiah "Baang" Pickett closes the night with dynamic stage presence and soulful storytelling. With more than a decade in music, he blends hip hop, soul, and lived experience into records rooted in resilience, creativity, and community.
