About this Event
A core training day for second year curates and open to all clergy and lay leaders. For curates it can be undertaken as a stand-alone day or part of the Leadership & Collaboration topic (with 'Conflict Management' in March and 'Working with Volunteers & Building a Healthy Team' in June). Sessions will be led by Revd Andrew Blyth, Director of Mission and Ministry, Revd Philippa White, Chaplain to the Bishop of Oxford, and Revd Dr Grant Bayliss, Head of IME 2. The day will encourage participants to:
• Reflect on models of leadership offered in previous work life or IME & CMD and consider what has helped leadership and collaboration in ministry so far
• Explore aspects of leadership relating to vision and culture change
• Consider different levels of leadership and review collaborative team models
