This community service is part of Southcare’s Community Support program and is exclusively available to people assessed & approved by Southcare. (Eligibility requires proof of current address and valid Centrelink card). ❤️✅
Getting assessed is quick & easy and our caring hands can help
Once approved, you’ll receive a personalised Foodbank referral and simply present it each time you visit. You can access a little, or a lot — it’s your choice and your independence.
