Head of Corporate Services Technology at Fidelity Investments, Lorna is a globally respected technology executive and former Chair of Technology Ireland. A passionate advocate for women in tech, leadership development, and inclusion, she brings decades of experience across Ireland and the U.S. shaping innovation and organisational culture.

🏃‍♀️ Phil Healy
Known as the “Bandon Bullet,” Phil is one of Ireland’s most accomplished sprint athletes — a European silver medallist, Olympian, software engineer, and STEM advocate. Her story of determination, discipline, and balance between elite sport and professional life continues to inspire women across industries and generations.

💼 Miriam O’Sullivan
As SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Boston Scientific, Miriam leads the company’s global people strategy, overseeing talent, inclusion, engagement, and leadership development worldwide.
