Join Wagner’s RunWalk and Mizuno on Monday, October 19, for a special Breast Cancer Awareness Demo Run! 💗This event is about more than running. It’s about bringing our community together to honor survivors, remember loved ones, support those currently fighting breast cancer, and raise awareness for breast cancer research.
Everyone is welcome — runners and walkers alike! Whether you run every week or have never joined one of our group runs, we’d love for you to be part of this evening. Come walk a mile, bring someone you love, or simply stop by to show your support.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
💗 Run or Walk: Choose between a 1-mile or 3-mile route.
👟 Mizuno Shoe Demos: Try the Wave Rider 30, Wave Inspire 22, or Neo Zen 2.
🎟️ Mizuno Shoe Raffle: $1 per entry or 6 chances for $5.
🎗️ Run in Honor: Write the name of someone special on a name tag and wear it with pride.
☕ Brewed Awakening Coffee Truck: Enjoy coffee while supporting a great cause. Ten percent of event sales will be donated.
🩷 Breast Cancer Research: Maranda from the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama will join us to help share information about their work.
🥨 Snacks and More: Stop by, connect with others, and enjoy an evening with our community.
💗 Giving Back: Wagner’s RunWalk will donate a portion of its sales from October 19 to support breast cancer awareness.
You don’t have to be a runner to make a difference. If breast cancer has touched your life or the life of someone you love, this evening is for you. Come walk, connect, remember, and show your support.
