Mix It Up! Mixology Class - Fall Sessions
This fall, Mixology at RoHo’s becomes a three-part series!
Join us for one class—or make a season of it with our Fall Mixology 3-Pack. Each class features a different theme, hands-on cocktail making, techniques you can actually use at home, and, of course, plenty of tasting along the way.
Want a little more? Each class also offers an optional 30-minute Kitchen Add-On for $15, featuring a hands-on food or entertaining skill that pairs with the evening.
OCTOBER 5 — POTIONS
We’re getting a little experimental for October. Learn the magic (and science) behind techniques including fat washing, infusions and smoking and how they can completely transform a cocktail.
Kitchen Add-On: Charcuterie 101
A 30-minute hands-on crash course covering charcuterie basics, knife skills, cheese and meat preparation, presentation and practical kitchen techniques.
NOVEMBER 3 — BATCH, PLEASE! HOLIDAY EDITION
Holiday entertaining without spending your own party behind the bar. Learn how to scale cocktails for a crowd, properly batch and dilute drinks, prep ahead and serve great cocktails efficiently.
Kitchen Add-On: Cheeseball Basics
Learn the secrets to a great cheeseball! We’ll cover a simple base formula, flavor combinations, mix-ins, coatings, shaping and presentation so you can create your own crowd-pleasing combinations for holiday entertaining.
DECEMBER 8 — COCKTAILS THROUGH THE DECADES
We’re drinking our way through cocktail history! Explore cocktails from the ’20s, ’50s, ’80s and 2000s while learning the stories, trends and drinking culture that defined each era.
Kitchen Add-On: Charcuterie Styling
Take your boards up a notch with salami roses, height, dimension, placement, color and other tricks for creating a charcuterie board that looks as good as it tastes.
