We’re kicking things off with the MITTEN MADE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS SHOWDOWN — a Hyrox-style functional fitness competition — and then rolling right into the Apex Strength Co. GRAND OPENING! 🎉

🤝 PARTNER TEAMS
All reps can be split between partners however you choose at each station.
🏃 Runs/bike must be completed together.
Mixed Teams: Male/female teams will use the male weight.
🔥 Heats begin at 8:00 AM
RX teams first, followed by Modified.
Heats of 4 with 15-minute start increments.
