Sunday 25 October | 09:30–11:00 | Hastings & Bexhill RFCHastings & Bexhill RFC Minis are opening up training for a special 'Bring a Friend Day' – and we’d love to welcome some new faces to the Blue & White!
Following a brilliant start to the season and a busy run of festivals, our Minis are inviting their friends to come along, join in and discover what grassroots rugby is all about.
The session is open to boys and girls aged 5–11, and absolutely no previous rugby experience is needed.
Whether they’ve played rugby before, enjoy another sport or have never picked up a rugby ball, they can come along and give it a try alongside our existing Minis.
What to expect
The morning will be built around fun, age-appropriate rugby activities, with our coaches introducing new players to passing, running, evasion, teamwork and the basic skills of the game.
There’s no pressure and no expectation to already know the rules – just come ready to get involved, meet some new people and have fun.
Our Minis section is built around rugby’s TREDS values – Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship – helping young players develop confidence and friendships as well as their rugby.
