Your chance to take on a 12 Station HYROX simulation race at Parkdale's premier Official HYROX Training Partner, F45 Parkdale — and find out what you’re really made of!
📅 Date: Saturday, November 14, 2026⏰ Time: Sign up via Eventbrite — we’ll confirm your start time between 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM, no later than Thursday November 12.
*Your race time will not to able to be changed after the schedule is made, so please be aware that you will be assigned a start time between 12:30-3:30 pm. For this race we will start the waves with Men's PRO, and end with Women's Open.

✅ Please select your preferred race category when purchasing a ticket.
👯 Doing it as a pair? Select the Doubles ticket option and race category when purchasing a ticket. If you're racing mixed doubles, just select Men's Open Doubles.

- 🏋️ Sandbag Walking Lunges – 50m
- 🎯 Wall Balls – 50 reps
☀️ Outdoor run stations are weather-dependent. If needed, we’ll sub in the 🚴 BikeErg/Spin Bikes.
💸 Pricing:
- $60 per ticket/person
Grab your spot now because space is limited and our HYROX simulations always sell out. You will be scheduled a race time start between 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm no later than 2 days before the race. We will be scheduling start times STARTING with MEN'S PRO participants, and ending with WOMEN'S OPEN. Please do not purchase a ticket if you cannot be flexible with start times. We cannot modify start times after the schedule is created.
