Reset your energy at our beginner-friendly Mindfulness Meditation Monday. It’s the perfect chance to explore meditation in a no pressure setting. Remember, meditation is a practice, not a performance!
The first 30 minutes will be meditation and gentle stretching. The next 30 minutes will be mindfulness coloring pages/journaling with the opportunity to ask mindfulness questions.
