Experience a Mindfulness Meditation & Sound Healing Class in Tampa
Join Dr. Mike for a deeply restorative mindfulness meditation experience designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your inner balance.
These guided sessions combine mindfulness meditation, breathwork, singing bowl sound healing, and aromatherapy to help release stress, increase mental clarity, and promote emotional well-being.
During each class, participants are gently guided through relaxing techniques including breath awareness, visualization, and carefully selected essential oil aromatherapy to deepen the meditative state. Singing bowl sound healing further supports the body’s natural ability to unwind, reset, and return to a centered state of awareness.
No prior meditation experience is necessary. Whether you are completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice, these sessions offer a supportive and welcoming environment for relaxation, mindfulness, and personal growth.
