How Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum Shape Our Emotional Well-Being
About this Event

A warm, intimate gathering to explore maternal mental health, the emotional transitions of motherhood, and ways to find support and connection.

Mindful Tuesdays

One topic. One practitioner. One hour.

Join us in person at The Living Room on 9th in San Francisco’s Inner Sunset for an open and honest conversation led by Lizette Martinez, LCSW, a bilingual therapist and founder of Sana Therapy.

Motherhood can bring love, joy, anxiety, grief, and overwhelm, sometimes all at once. Together, we’ll explore how pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences can shape emotional well-being, why difficult feelings can linger, and practical ways to find support and feel more connected to ourselves.

No prior knowledge is needed. Come as you are. Sharing is always optional.
