Welcome to Mindful Mums!
Please join us on Wednesday 11th November 2026 at 6:00 PM for our monthly meet up where all Mums/Mother figures are welcome. This month we will be to discussing the theme managing boys.
As it will be/is Movember this month we will be discussing the emotional wellbeing of boys. Topics of conversation may range from low mood, anxiety to behaviour and emotional regulation. Together we will consider supportive coping strategies and ideas for building resilience.
Our monthly meet ups support Mums/Mother Figures to learn more about emotional wellbeing for children and young people. The sessions also provide a space for fellow Mums/Mother Figures to connect and share experiences and advice.
Refreshments will be provided.
Please note your child must be attending a Havering school to be able to join.
This event is intended for Mums and Mother Figures only, however we welcome Mother's who need to bring a baby under 3 Months old.
Location: Hornchurch Fire Station RM11 1SH (When you arrive, please come to the side door near the library)
