join me in movement that will bring intention and awareness to your bodily sensations. A fun paced, gentle class for all levels. This session will focus on alignment, breath work and mindfulness. By booking, purchasing, or participating in StretchBae services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Liability Waiver
I understand that StretchBae services include assisted stretching, mobility work, flexibility training, and wellness-based physical activities that involve inherent physical movement and potential risks.
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, discomfort, strain, soreness, or damages that may occur during or after participation.
I release and hold harmless Stretch Bae, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I certify that I am physically capable of participating and have disclosed any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations. I understand StretchBae services are not medical treatment or physical therapy.
Medical Responsibility
I understand that StretchBae does not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment. I accept full responsibility for consulting a medical professional if needed.
I agree to communicate any pain, discomfort, or limitations during my session.
Media Release
I grant StretchBae permission to capture and use my image, likeness, voice, photos, and videos for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes across digital platforms, including social media and website content.
I understand I will not receive compensation for media use.
If I do not wish to be recorded, I will notify StretchBae in writing before my session.
