- NO WALK on the 16th
- 23rd
- 30th
Join Townsville Hike & Explore for Mindful Mondays, a relaxing sunset walk up Castle Hill to unwind, stretch your legs, and clear your mind for the week ahead!
This weekly session offers a peaceful, low-stress walk to watch the sun dip below the horizon from one of Townsville’s most iconic viewpoints.
We will meet at 5.30pm at the carpark opposite to the entrance of the Cudtheringa Track and walk up the road to the top together, taking in the dusk views 🌄
While walking the road avoids the steep steps of the tracks, it is still a continuous uphill climb, so expect a good cardio session!
