Join the BYDF Team this summer and fall for a special series of guided hikes throughout the Berkshires designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and peace.More than just a hike, these experiences invite you to move mindfully, engage your senses, and connect more deeply with the natural world. Along the way, instructors may incorporate mindfulness practices, breathwork, meditation, journaling, reflection, gentle forest bathing invitations, and opportunities for meaningful connection in community.
Whether we're pausing to listen to the sounds of nature, walking in silence beneath the trees, sharing conversation, or simply taking in the beauty around us, these gatherings are designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
