From now on, our sessions will take place every first Tuesday of the month, giving you a regular opportunity to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself.

Each session will offer a gentle and varied combination of wellbeing practices, which may include:

🌸 Mindfulness practices
💫 Energy-balancing exercises and seasonal themes
A special part of every session will be the support and guidance of Angelic Reiki healing energy, creating a peaceful space to relax, release what no longer serves you and welcome fresh energy and positivity.
Whether you're completely new to Mindful Flow or have joined me before, everyone is welcome. No experience is needed—just come as you are. 💛
