NCT courses don't just focus on how to have a positive birth, whether that is straight forward or with interventions. We also talk about becoming a parent, what to expect, breastfeeding & bottle feeding, and practical baby care.We focus on giving you knowledge that you can trust so you can confidently make decisions that are right for you and your family.
NCT courses are evidence based, they give you the information that you need to make informed decisions, and our classes are interactive and fun!
The Matlock courses run over 3 weeks on a Thursday evening, plus one Saturday. Alys is also an NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor and a volunteer with the Breastfeeding Network. She helps to run the BfN Matlock baby group on a Monday, for ongoing support with feeding & parenting.
