Most circles have a quiet pressure to perform — even the "safe" ones. You walk in, read the room, calculate how much to share. Even when the vibe is warm, your body is already running a background check: Is it actually okay to be here?
That tension is real. And it's worth naming.
Mindful Conversations is a body-based gathering designed to take that pressure off the table entirely.
We start by slowing down — not as a warm-up, but as the actual work. You'll be guided through somatic body language exploration: learning to read what your body is already communicating, without having to explain it to anyone else first. From there, we move into a breath and sound journey to open up what's ready to surface.
This isn't a workshop where you need to have an insight. It's not a share-circle where silence feels awkward. It's a space to actually listen inward — and let the body do what it does when it's not being watched.
