You're invited to Tacos of Texas Podcast - EN VIVO! In this podcast event, we'll be talking up Migas, their roles in Tex-Mex and kitchens and we will crown the best Migas in Austin.
Let's celebrate Austin's iconic breakfast taco in an epic showdown. Born out of necessity, adding crispy tortillas, tostadas or chips to eggs have been a way our gente have survived the test of time. Which Migas taco will be crowned the winner, and why does this breakfast taco define Austin's food scene?
