MIDNITE MEDITATION - MARCH NEW MOON IN PISCES
Hello Luminous Night-Walker,
This Spring we gather not to fix the restlessness but to meet it together in the safe and quiet architecture of Space Share Lab at latenite. At the New Moon, the night sky is at its darkest, less light, less demand, more permission to listen inward.
On March 18th, we gather under the new moon of Pisces, when the Moon passes between Earth and and Sun and disappears from view. Pisces invites us into subtle awareness , into breath, memory, sensation and intuition. It is the part of the cosmos that reminds that not everything needs to be outwardly known but inwardly held. Atronomically, this is a moment of alignment. Cosmically, it is a pause in illumination. And astrologically, it is a return to the clarity of inner waters.
In this session, we will gently orient toward the body’s natural rhythms at midnite, working with breath, sensation, story and presence to connect with our intuition.
You will be guided to lucid states of soft, spacious awareness between waking and sleeping. You may remain fully awake, drift in and out of quiet stillness. All states are welcome.
This is a space for those who are awake anyway. Just shared regulation beneath a darkened sky, as the Moon begins again.
You only have to arrive. Mats, pillows and blankets are included however, bring what makes you feel cushioned. See you in the stillness.
